Consulting:

Understanding the employer’s business staffing needs like number of workers’, job description, understanding requirements needed to fill the exact job description, deployment times, salary structure and other benefits as per local labor laws. This is done closely in liaison with the employer and a win-win approach is settled. We always stay compliant, committed and efficient as much as possible.

Job order formalities:

Upon receipt of documents stated below, Natural Eastern Overseas shall begin to undertake steps to deploy the Recruited persons to the destination of the employer:

Agency agreement

It will be between the employer and Natural Eastern Overseas Limited would be formed entailing T&C, followed by signature by both parties

Power of Attorney

The employer will issue a power of attorney to appoint Natural Eastern Overseas as an attorney in Bangladesh with regards to handling all conduct on behalf of the employer with the Bangladesh Government for the purposes of Recruitment.

Demand Letter

The employer will issue a demand letter in favor of Natural Eastern Overseas, understating job Categories, no.of workers needed per category, monthly salary, working hours, contract duration and other facilities for workers like medical, food, international and local transport, accommodation etc.

Visa Documents

P.s. this document is applicable for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. The employer shall give visa documents, i.e. wakala. It must be authenticated by the respective embassy.

Company License Copy

A copy of the company registration is needed.

Consular Letter

P.s. this document is applicable for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. A letter addressing the Consular that Natural Eastern Overseas has been authorized for the purpose of recruitment of workers from Bangladesh vis a vis demand letter against the stated visa block

Employment Agreement

Copies of employment contracts between employee and employer are needed.

P.s. Demand Letter Authorization Letter, & P/A and must be in original and duly sealed & signed by the sponsor & attested by respective Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Sourcing Candidates:

We specialize in sourcing candidates for various positions requiring unique skill sets by conducting a thorough search across relevant platforms and networks. This includes identifying potential candidates through job portals, social media, online searches, referrals, our extensive network of partners’ and existing candidate pool to find individuals whose skills match employers’ specific requirements.

Screening:

Due to our 12 years of operations, we have acquired experience in recruiting candidates across multiple categories. Our screening process involves necessary assessments and committed approaches like interviews, trade testing at compliant trade testing centers and medical testing at accredited diagnostic centers to evaluate candidates based on education, skills, experience, mental and physical fit. This is an integral part of the process as company productivity and costs depend on it. So, we utilize industry-standard techniques to ensure that only the most qualified candidates proceed to the next stages of the hiring process and a job-skill fit is established, which satisfies both the client and candidate. P.s. Interviews are also taken by employers’ via online or offline when necessary in order to maintain transparency. For offline interviews we arrange for the employers’ representatives logistics and accommodation. We also develop custom screening methods as per request of the employer. The interview session is two way; alongside the interviewer, the candidate’s topics of interest are entertained as well to give a transparent view of the working condition, expectation. This allows for opportunity to the employers to gauge tentative performance of the candidates if he/she were to be selected

Training:

Short and mid term comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the position and the industry. This is done as per demand by the employer. Training modules cover technical skills, soft skills like manners & communication, Language skills and job-specific competencies to prepare candidates for success in their designated roles.All types of training is done by government authorized trainers at accredited training centers with special given to the learning curve of the candidates as some needs more attention than others. Employers’ only receive those candidates who passed.

Document Processing:

We manage all aspects of document processing, including accumulation and verification of necessary paperwork of the applicants or candidates. Documents such as copy of the passport, copy of the visa, Cv, photos, police clearance certificate, medical certificate, education certificates, skill certificates etc. are collected and checked for authenticity to properly represent the candidate to the clients. Natural Eastern Overseas Limited also acquires necessary permissions from the respected destination country’s ministry and embassy and the Emigration clearance card from Bangladesh’s concerned ministry. All this is done in compliance with respected law.

Pre departure orientation:

The candidates are made aware of the relevant laws of the destination country, employer company rules, working conditions, country culture, etiquettes, food habits , religion and weather for seamless onboarding and compliance. This helps to set employee expectation and increased morale which results in expedition of onboarding process at the company

Ticketing:

The employer may send required traveling expenses in favor of Natural Eastern Overseas Limited to facilitate traveling as scheduled. The flight is scheduled as per employer direction. Itineraries are sent, via email or other medium of communication preferred by the employer, 48 hrs prior flight to allow employers’ to manage Travel arrangement of candidates’ at destination country.

Throughout the whole process stated above, transparency is observed as we maintain prompt communication with employers’ at each step. Moreover the steps mentioned till now can be done within 3 weeks at the earliest and is subject to changes as per request of the employer

Post deployment support:

Follow up is made to ensure workers’ are received at the airport and they perform as per expectation of the employer via our international representatives. In the event of any circumstance that arise on part of both the employee and employer with regards adjusting the work or job cuts, we provide mediation assistance for a win win bargain as we care about the wellbeing of both the parties

  • Sourcing jobs: At Natural Eastern Overseas Ltd, we vet the employers’ as per their ability to live up to the standard work environment. Assist in finding the right and safe opportunity for the candidate as per their skill set and other facilities expectations.

  • Training: We facilitate training to potential depending on the required skill set by the employer. This is done to ensure their probability of acceptance.

  • Document processing: We manage all aspects of document processing, including verification, completion, and submission of necessary paperwork. This includes visa applications, employment contracts, and other documentation required for seamless onboarding and compliance.

  • Pre-Departure Orientation: Our pre-departure orientation sessions provide candidates with essential information about their destination, including cultural norms, workplace expectations, and practical tips for relocation. This ensures candidates are well-prepared and confident before they embark on their journey.

  • Flight Arrangements: We facilitate flight arrangements for candidates, ensuring timely bookings and smooth travel logistics. This includes coordinating with airlines, arranging visas and permits as needed, and providing ongoing support until the candidate reaches their destination

  • Post deployment support:In the event of any circumstance that arises on part of both the employer with regards adjusting the work life, we also provide assistance there.
